Microwave Power Supply

Microwave power supplies like generators are came in spectrum versions like switch-mode, inductive, and pulsed versions. Switch-mode generators are often used for microwave units that provide power for a cooling fan and monitor the operating conditions of magnetrons and power supplies. They are offered with multiple configurations differing in voltages for diverse applications. The generators are available in two basic configurations such as magnetron and power supplies. The integrated microwave generators are accompanying both the magnetron and power supply in a single unit.

Microwave dc power supplies feature efficient switching technology, power / current / voltage regulation, arc suppression, remote connector and interlocks. They are fully programmable with process storage and power ramping to reduce thermal stress on targets. They are available in manual and automatic matching network facilities.
