Level measurement system is referred to as the technology used to measure level without contact, and transmitter design (analog, digital, and fieldbus). Radar level measurement serves as a non-contact measurement for all critical applications. The guided radar serves as reliable continuos level mgmt in liquids and solids. While hydrostatic level measurement serve for pressure cell optimized for level measurement for liquids, pastes and slurries. Measurement is independent of foam and product characteristics. The ultrasonic level measurement also, serves for the non-contact continuous level measurement, independent of product characteristics. The initial level measurement system simply provided a distance measurement. However, the latest one is better as it eliminates the need for the strapping table, and does the calculation to volume or weight. From the accuracy point of view, these management systems lack opposite the load cells. The level mangement systems are also useful for fluid volume calculations designed to accurately measure fluid volumes in visual cells without exposing the benefits operator to the safety hazards of various substances.
