Physical-chemical Analyzers
|
The chemical analyzers are quite in demand in the market due to their extensive application. Hence, there are many manufacturers who are producing and supplying these analyzers to their customers. The formaldehyde chemical analyzer operates on a specific principle i.E. 'hantzsch'-reaction. This technique is sensitive to formaldehyde in aqueous solutions. Therefore, for the measurement of gaseous formaldehyde, these have to be trapped in aqueous solution first. This is achieved in a stripping coil by pumping air and a stripping solution (ph-buffered water free of hcho) continuously, at known flow rates. The air and liquid streams are afterwards separated in a glass separator and the solution is then analyzed for formaldehyde. The carbon monoxide chemical analyzer comes into application, when ultra fast time response and very low detection limits are required. Particularly well suited for aircraft measurements, its state-of-the-art performance puts it in a class by itself. Thermal analyzer and hydrogen sulphide analyzer are two chemical analyzers that are useful for other different specific uses.
