The cup seal packings are designed to seal reciprocation pistons, plungers or rams. The cup seal packing provided by us can be impregnated in a variety of ways including thiokol, carnauba wax and more. These cup seal packings are available in different sizes and we also customize them as per the specification of the customers.A double cup packing seals is disclosed, which is characterized in that a plurality of polygonal male protrusions are protruded from a bottom surface of the inner cup in a downward direction, and a plurality of concave protrusions are formed and engaged with the male protrusions on a bottom surface of the outer cup in an upward direction, so that as the male protrusions are engaged with the concave protrusions, the inner cup does not rotate along with the lid when the lid is rotated for opening and closing. The present invention relates to a double structure cup and in particular to a double structure cup in which an inner cup and an outer cup are engaged in a polygonal protrusion engagement structure. So, when a lid is opened or closed by rotating the lid, an inner cup does not rotate along with the lid while keeping an engaged state with the outer cup. Applications- a one-piece, self-lubricating, thermoplastic sealing member suitable for a double action piston pump, the sealing member comprising a tubular shaped body, a peripheral portion of which is radially cut into two flanges of substantially equal length and thickness.
The flanges are substantially in registry with one another and are bent, preferably in the vicinity of their respective bases, in opposite directions to a preselected angle below about 20° relative to a transverse axis of the sealing member and are symmetrically disposed about such axis back to back in a double cup-like shape. When the sealing member is disposed in an annular space between the piston and the cylinder, the double cup flange portions of the sealing member are in contact with the annular surface of the cylinder or alternately, with a fixed or moveable shaft, providing sealing engagements therebetween, and the oppositely disposed peripheral portion of the sealing member is secured in the piston, or alternately, in the cylinder.
