Throttle valves are internal combustion engine that control the flow of various gases and fuel mixtures into cylinders. These throttle valves are basically flat metal plates that are hinged on opposite sides so that it can flip open or close. Throttle valves available today are also adjustable so that one can adjust the flow of the media that passes through these valves in a controlled manner.
