The gear roll testers are precision testing equipment widely used to test internal or external gears. They are offered in ample features to test different gears such as bore type spur and helical gear, integrated shaft gears and cluster gears etc. They are offered with features like sensitive floating carriage mechanism, low setting, loading and unloading time, direct reading dial gauges suiting different types of gears and gear diameters. These roll tester often combined with a dual spindle device where the test gear meshed or run against a master gear. Cluster gear roll testers are offered with features like bell crank type machines, roll testing of cluster gears against all mating gears at a time, reduced loading, unloading and setting times. They are structured in rugged constructions using relieved graded cast iron castings for durability.
