Ammonium chloride is an inorganic chemical that is widely applied in different industries and can be produced artificially easily. This chemical material is a clear water-soluble crystalline salt with a biting taste and is sold in blocks in hardware stores. In the field pharmacy, this ammonium chloride is ideal as an active ingredient in many antiperspirants, usually used in aerosol antiperspirants. Selective application of this ammonium chloride is done to spice up liquorice-type dark candies and as a flavour for vodkas.
