Heaters, Plastic Processing

Plastic processing requires high operating temperatures and fast productions cycles. Thus heaters are used for plastic processing. Heaters are ideal for every type of plastic processing. These heaters are, in effect, high temperature electric furnaces capable of very efficient heat transfer by conduction, convection and radiation heats. Built-in insulation minimizes unwanted temperature changes along the barrel. Heater has a double jacket. First jacket will prevent radiated heat loss and second / outer jacket will keep hot surface hidden inside and will not give scorching effect if touched mistakenly. So, it is much safer for the machine operator. cartridge heaters, cable heaters, mica band heaters, nozzle heater etc are some of the examples of plastic processing heaters. there are wide range and different types of plastic processing heaters available in the market. These heaters are the most economic & widely used for heating of moulds, dies nozzles and barrels on all types of plastic processing machinery.
