An inorganic compound which has been given name for solutions of carbon dioxide in water as because these solution contain small amounts of chemical as h2co3 which is known as carbonic acid. This carbonic acid forms two types of acid which is called as carbonates and bicarbonates and also is termed as a weak acid. Carbonic acid is considered to be an intermediate which transports carbon dioxide out of the body via respiratory gas exchange where the process is called as catalyst. Carbonic acid plays an important or crucial role of a buffer in mammalian blood and also acts like equilibrium between carbon dioxide and carbonic acid which controls the acidity of the body fluids. In simple language whenever carbon dioxide gets dissolved in water it results into a new chemical which is known as carbonic acid. In scientific term it has been termed as a compound of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen or carbon dioxide and water. It is considered as dibasic acid like that of sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid. Carbonic acid gives sharper taste which edge to drinks and beverages. Carbonic acid is found in rainwater which combines the carbon dioxide in the air and carbonic acid can also dissolve limestone by creating a cave a cave in the ground.
Carbonic acid is regarded to be dangerous only when it comes in contact of the lead if the liquid is assumed as safe for drinking. The fact of this carbonic acid is the it helps to form caves when carbonic acid is mixed hydrogen sulfide thus by creating a vast cave which then can be utilized for many purpose. Carbonic acid appears as a normal occurrence even in rain as and when it gets mixed with the water the reaction would take resulting into acid rain which is considered to be very harmful and can even burn the leaves of plants and tress thus by disturbing the surroundings and also affecting it to the living things.
