A lubricant applied to mold surfaces to facilitate release of the molded article are known as mold release agent. Mold release agent is specially formulated for mold making, casting that works well with most liquid rubber and liquid plastic products. This chemical additive is also easily release a variety of casting materials from cured rubber molds. It again improves releasing efficiency for a variety of casting applications and actually lengthens the life of the production mold. This rubber release agent increase surface durability, perform excellently even at extreme temperature and will not stain and transfer to hardened concrete surface. This release agent disinfects, prevents and kills all mold spores on materials subject to fungal contamination. Mold release agents for polyurethanes are basically described as external (applied to the mold before the polymerization reaction) or internal (incorporated into one of the reaction components). External mold release agents are the chemical compound that have to be applied between every single or very few mold shots and generally require frequent cleaning of the molds.
