Miscellaneous material component ranges to a wider dimension for various applications. They range from different metals, materials to alloys, cores, foams, mats etc. They have wide applications for spectrum industrial requirements. Metal components include plastic material, rubber product, conveyer chips, mim or metal injection molding, wire forms, metal extrusions, castings, cnc machining, forgings, fabricating and welding, powder metal molding, screw machine, stampings, springs, sheets etc. Metal alloys contain more than one metallic element to change properties and used in diverse applications. This miscellaneous material component include coatings for lubricity, abrasion and corrosion, blow molding, castable polymers, ducting or hose, fiberglass, injection molding thermoplastic, teflon and urethane etc. Rubber components include extrusions, foams or sponges for noise and shock absorption, insulation or closed-cell and open-cell, stripping on rolls, die-cut, with or without adhesive etc, gaskets to prevent fluid or gas leaks by providing a barrier between two mating surfaces, moldings, oil seals etc. Other components are cores, foam cores, pvc foam, polystyrene foam, polymethyl methacrylamide foams and honeycombs etc. Mica strainer cores are used by metal casting foundaries for brass, bronze and aluminium sand castings as well as, for some smaller ferrous castings to pour their melts through mica strainer cores to catch impurities and control the pour rate. They act both as both as a choke and strainer during pour helps to eliminate gating costs, dross, contamination, and reduces polishing belt costs, and also produce a better and brighter castings.
